     Bootcamp & running event fitness training sessions are designed with a mix of standard aerobic and body weight exercises. There is a good element of interval, strength & running training. There is occasionally unorthodox routines thrown in to some challenges, but it's all good fun and rewarding too. This type of fitness plays a big part in aimimg to be very similar to true military style boot camp training which ensures all who takes part will get the maximum out of their training.

    Tigers has introduced boot camp & running fitness training due to the great spirit we have for taking part in many outdoor events as teams and individuals.

These challenges range from past & future events such as:
* Poppy challenge.
* Muddy race.
* Tough Mudder.
* Spartan Race.
* Total Warrior.
* Three peaks.
* Running challenges from 5k to a marathon.

Sunday - 16 March/14 Starts from 09.30am in waves of 15 minutes Muddyrace 5k & 10k - Bramham Park Mixed 17 years+
Sunday - 11 May/14 Starts from - 09.30am Leeds 1/2 Marathon - The Headrow Mixed 17 years+
Saturday - 21 June/14 Starts from - 10.00am in waves of 25 minutes Total Warrior 10k - Bramham Park Mixed 18 years+
Sunday - Sept 28th Starts from 09.30am in waves of 15 minutes Muddyrace 5k & 10k - Bramham Park Mixed 17 years+

All the training we run including our other sessions in Boxing and Thaiboxing make for an excellent fitness training regime that will help you get very fit, toned up and definately help you lose weight.
Combining all these different sessions will certainly improve your overall physical fitness and mental toughness too. You will also build up your self-esteem and certainly notice over time how more confident you become.
That's got be a major factor in helping with everyday challenges and especially in our ever more demanding work environments.

Quite a few of our past students have moved on and joined mainly the Army and Marines, but we've also had a few students join the Royal Navy and RAF.

We at Tigers are proud in that all the students have commented on the combination of training sessions we run that helped them enormously to succeed in passing the entrance fitness tests.

Time to time we also run personal challenges for students - so they can regular asses their own improvement as training progresses.
These personal challenges will involve running, press ups, sit ups, plus many other exercises.

Saturday 11.00 - 12.15pm Bootcamp & running training - all year Mixed 16 years+

* Cost per training session £6.50 *

Just turn up - wearing comfortable training gear for the weather in hand, good fitting trainers ideally with good grip.
